Dates to Remember
Friday, September 12, 2025 tentative - 9:00 a.m. - First Meeting with the grads to go over Grad.
Friday, February 6, 2026 - Service Project due to Google Classroom. Only students who have completed their service hours, journal and reflection essay AND submitted them by this date will be given priority choice for picking up banquet tickets in May.
Friday, March 13, 2026 - Baby pictures are due to Mrs. Kent and Mrs. Sauro. Pictures can be dropped off or emailed to jkent@redeemer.ab.ca or asauro@redeemer.ab.ca. These pictures are for the Power Point during our meal at the banquet and will be returned to you.
March 10 - 13, 2026 - Graduation Photos taken at Notre Dame Collegiate - Graduates will choose their appointment times online - Mrs. Hartung will forward information from Lifetouch when she receives it. These pictures are necessary for the yearbook and for the Graduation Class framed wall photo, so even if you do not plan to order any, please have your picture taken.
Grad Retreat (Attendance is required by ALL Graduates):
April 29, 2026 Grad Retreat - from 8:33 - 2:30 (location St. James Parish Okotoks - bussing available)
May 4 - May 8, 2026 - Grad ticket pick-up for those who have completed ALL the Grad requirements.
Schedule for Class of 2026 Graduation Ceremony
Friday, May 22: Grad Mass at 2:00pm at St. Francis de Sales Parish (students meet at 1:30)
- This includes staff, grads, limited guests
- Celebrate Mass in our local parish
- Each grad will have approx. 2 tickets for guests for Mass
- This is not optional - part of graduation
- Pick up gowns/caps etc. at this time and wear them for the mass - they will take them home and bring them back to the Graduation Commencement on Saturday.
Saturday, May 23: Graduation Commencement at 11:30am at St. James Parish, Okotoks
- ‘Cap and gown’ ceremony
- This includes staff, grads, guests
- Each grad will be able to bring approximately 5 other people (exact number to be determined)
- Graduates will return their gowns at this time (keep their caps)
- Approximate end time: 1:45pm
Saturday, May 23: Graduation Banquet at the Highwood Memorial Center, High River (doors open at 5:00 p.m.)
