Last day of regular classes for Sr High School students is on June 11, 2026

Last day of regular classes for Jr High School students is on June 18, 2026

Some very important information for exams:

1. Students NEED to be at the school no later than 8:30 a.m. (which is the warning bell for a regular school day).  All morning exams starts at 8:33 a.m. At this time,  students need to be in the proper classrooms where they will receive their instructions and begin the exam.  When students arrive late, the full instructions cannot be given as it is disruptive to the other students who are writing the exam.  
2. Students NEED to bring pencils (and calculators where applicable) for their exams.  
3. Students need to bring their textbooks and drop them off at the library the day of the exam
4. Students ONLY need to come on the days of their exam.

Please note:

• Minimum write time for grades 7,8,10,11 is until 10:00 a.m.  Grade 9 and 12 exams times are set by the government.  Please note that for grade 12 diploma exams, if students arrive after 10:00 a.m., they will not be permitted into the exam room and they will need to write in August or November. As well, for grade 12 diploma exams, the maximum write time cannot be extended if students arrive late. 
• Students are free to leave the school after their exam. If they remain at school, they must be in the independent study hall in the library or under the direct supervision of a staff member (this needs to be arranged in advance).
• Bus times remain the same and will pick up and drop off at the same times as a regular school day. 
• ***Students need to clean out their lockers and check the lost and found.  Any item left will be given to the Salvation Army.***
• Report Card will be available in the PowerSchool Parent Portal on June 26th.
